Each spring the council and the Montgomery Biscuits team up for a fun-filled night at the ballpark. Several activities are available before the game as well as an opening parade around the field. Cub Carnival gives Cub Scouts the opportuniry to complete advancement requirements and have a blast at our outdoor carnival. There is a costume contest for the Scouts. This is an event for the whole family. The next Cub Carnival is scheduled for Fall 2014.
Trailblazer Adventure Weekend serves as an all-around introductin to the thrill of outdoor sports and the importance of conservation. The program features a variety of activities, demonstrations and orientation sessions designed to show scouts and their parents what the outdoor lifestyle is all about. Activities include firearm safety, archery, trapping, fishing and much more. All activities are conducted under the supercision of experienced trail guides with an emphasis on safety. The next Trailblazer Adventure Weekend is scheduled for Spring 2015.
